Who I am

Kiki-Sunshine Creative (kiki-sunshine.com) sells fine art prints. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email [email protected].

What I collect, and why

• When you order: your name, email address and delivery address, so I can print and send your artwork and tell you about it, and anything you write in the order notes, so I can follow it.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email, so I can reply.
• My emails: if you sign up, your name, email address and when you agreed. Every email has a link to stop them.

Payments

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and I never see or store them.

Who else handles your information

I use Stripe for payments, Resend to send emails, Royal Mail to deliver your order, and a cloud server to run this website. Each only receives what it needs to do that job. I never sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The only cookie this site sets is the one that keeps you signed in to your account. Your cart is remembered in your own browser and never sent to me until you check out.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as the law requires for my accounts. You can ask me to delete anything else at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
