COMMISSIONS

I welcome commissions but I currently only take a maximum of two per month. 

If you’d like to discuss any ideas you may have and the timelines involved in creating a bespoke piece to your specifications please drop me a line, I would love to hear from you.

Please note that commission work usually takes between 4-7 weeks from the start of the work to completion and can be dependant on both my current availability and the season. 

As I use fresh florals and natural elements in my work I am also at the mercy of mother natures schedule! However if there is something specific you would like that is out of season, it may be possible to source and ship so do get in touch and we can discuss your desires.

FRAMING

I highly recommend framing your prints. Not only does it make the images look incredible but it also protects them from damage and ageing.

Of course you are welcome to find your own frames but I also work with a local company who creates frames by hand specifically for my work.

If you’d like to have your order shipped to you already framed, please contact me on hello@kiki-sunshine.com and we can discuss finding the perfect frame for your home and artwork. Please ensure that you contact me prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING

Please allow a maximum of 7-10 days to receive your order. This may change at busier times of the year (winter holidays especially) but if there is a delay you will be notified by email.

This time allows for your artwork to be printed, quality checked and wrapped specifically for your individual order.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and postage fee’s are based on size and weight of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow 7-14 days for the arrival of your order. This may change at busier times of the year (winter holidays especially) but if there is a delay you will be notified by email.

This time allows for your artwork to be printed, quality checked and wrapped especially for your individual order.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and postage fee’s are based on size and weight and the shipping destination of your order. If there is any discrepancy -/+ I will let you know via email.

You will be notified of shipment and tracking details when your order leaves my studio.

Please note that International orders may incur shipping and handling fee’s which are outside of my control.

COLLECTION

You’re welcome to collect your order from my studio to forego shipping fees. Please get in touch with me on hello@kiki-sunshine.com if you would like to do so and we can arrange a time to meet.

PACKAGING

Your prints will be shipped in archival acid free materials to protect the integrity of the print and paper.

The smaller sized prints will be flat packed in a strong cardboard folder, while 16x20” prints and larger will be sent in a sturdy cardboard tube. Instructions for re-flattening your print whilst caring for its integrity will be sent with your order.

RETURNS

As prints are made specifically to order, all sales are final.

In the case of claims of damage made to an order in shipping, please provide me with photographs of the item and the damage within 24hrs of receipt so that I can provide this to either the shipping company or the printing company.

You may or may not be required to return the artwork dependant on the damage so please retain all packaging.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the damage, but all accepted claims will be handled with the highest priority and transparency and re-shipped.

We are not liable for any damage made to your artwork post delivery.

RIGHTS

I retain all rights to the artwork I create as well as the images of the artwork.

All artwork is the sole property of Kiki-Sunshine Boonwaat and is held under copyright. The images, artwork and contents of this website may not be copied or used without the written permission of Kiki-Sunshine Boonwaat.
